You may cancel or reschedule your order either online or by calling us no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled session date. If you cancel no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled session date, your credit card will be credited the full amount of your purchase. No refunds or changes are allowed after 3 days prior to your scheduled session date, however please call us to see if we can reschedule you for a later date.
